All Bessie Bae rings are fully adjustable, designed for effortless everyday wear.

Each piece is handcrafted from solid 925 sterling silver and can be gently adjusted to fit most sizes — typically accommodating ring sizes between 17 mm and 20 mm in diameter (approx. UK sizes N–T / US sizes 6¾–10).

Shipping & Returns:

All orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked to your delivery address.

• UK STANDARD: 3–5 working days — £3.90 (up to 10 days for engraved items).
• UK EXPRESS: Up to 2 working days — £8.50 (order by 2pm).
• INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 5–10 working days — £12.95 (timings vary by destination & customs).
• If an order hasn’t arrived 14 days after dispatch, we’ll arrange a replacement.

Address accuracy

• Please check your billing & shipping address (including house number & postcode).
• We’re not liable for delays/non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll refund minus original postage once received back in original condition.

Returns

• Not in love? You can return within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
• Original shipping is non-refundable.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/not as described. Please use a tracked, insured service and pack securely.
• On confirmed faulty/incorrect items we’ll reimburse reasonable return postage.

Non-returnable items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
• Personalised/engraved pieces.
• Bespoke or made-to-order items including custom size adjustments.
