Shipping

Delivery Methods

We ship all orders via Royal Mail, tracked to your delivery location.

Delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: usually arrives within 3–5 working days (up to 10 days for engraved items).
  • Express Delivery: available on orders placed before 2pm and arrives within up to 2 working days.

You can select your preferred delivery option at checkout.

Orders Delayed or Lost

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us — we’ll investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Accuracy of Address

Bessie Bae is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we cannot amend the delivery address.

UK Delivery Rates

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (10 for engraved items) – £3.90
  • Express Delivery: up to 2 working days – £8.50

Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs for international orders.

International Orders

Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days – £12.95.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, and delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes unless otherwise stated.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your jewellery, but if something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn and unused).
  • Include original packaging (bag, box and/or pouch).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
  • Personalised or engraved items.
  • Made-to-order pieces or custom specifications (e.g., size adjustments).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are not as described, damaged or faulty.

We suggest using Royal Mail Signed For (or a tracked equivalent) with insurance cover.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Upon receipt and confirmation of a faulty item, we’ll confirm and reimburse your return postage costs.
