Enjoy peace of mind with Bessie Bae’s 6-month jewellery warranty from the date of purchase. This page explains what’s covered, what isn’t, how to request a repair, and how to make a claim.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in materials or workmanship.
- If your jewellery develops a fault within 6 months due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
- Proof of purchase may be required to validate a claim.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental breakage, loss, or damage.
- Damage caused by neglect, misuse, chemicals, water, or not following our care guidance.
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by a third party.
- Bespoke or personalised alterations outside manufacturing defects.

Repairs Outside the Warranty Period
If your item requires repair after the six-month warranty has expired, or if the issue is not covered by this policy, we may still be able to help with a paid repair.

- We’ll assess feasibility and provide a quotation before proceeding.
