All Bessie Bae jewellery is designed and handcrafted in the UK, using 925 silver and natural stones.

Yes — our sterling silver is nickel-free, lead-free, and hypoallergenic, perfect for sensitive skin.

Simply browse our collections, add your favourites to the cart, and check out securely using Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, or major debit/credit cards.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

- Express Delivery: up to 2 working days (£8.50)

Yes — we deliver worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on location and customs clearance.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, we’ll send a replacement once confirmed by Royal Mail.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: How can I return my jewellery?
We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it — provided it’s unworn and in its original packaging.
Q: Which items can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned (unless faulty). Personalised, engraved, or bespoke pieces are also non-returnable.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless goods are not as described, damaged or faulty. We suggest using Royal Mail Signed For (or a tracked equivalent) with insurance cover.
Q: Faulty or damaged items?
Upon receipt and confirmation of a faulty item, we’ll confirm and reimburse your return postage costs.
