We offer complimentary size adjustments up to 8” when requested at the time of order.

Bracelets larger than 8" (8.5" and above) incur a small £5 sizing fee.

Changes after purchase are possible but may incur a small fee to restring.

• Avoid water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals.
• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
• Polish gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Store individually in a dry, airtight pouch or box.

At Bessie Bae, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery.

All items purchased from our online store include a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers manufacturing faults or defects in materials or workmanship.

If your jewellery develops a fault within this period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Please note, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or alterations by a third party.

If your item needs repair outside of the warranty, we’re happy to help for a small service fee.

To make a claim or request a repair, please contact us via our Contact Us form with your order number, purchase date, and (if possible) a photo of the issue.

Shipping & Returns:

All orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked to your delivery address.

• UK STANDARD: 3–5 working days — £3.90 (up to 10 days for engraved items).
  
• UK EXPRESS: Up to 2 working days — £8.50 (order by 2pm).
  
• INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 5–10 working days — £12.95 (timings vary by destination & customs).
  
• If an order hasn’t arrived 14 days after dispatch, we’ll arrange a replacement.
  

Address accuracy

• Please check your billing & shipping address (including house number & postcode).
  
• We’re not liable for delays/non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
  
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll refund minus original postage once received back in original condition.
  

Returns

• Not in love? You can return within 14 days of receipt.
  
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
  
• Original shipping is non-refundable.
  
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/not as described. Please use a tracked, insured service and pack securely.
  
• On confirmed faulty/incorrect items we’ll reimburse reasonable return postage.
