The standard Bessie Bae anklet size is 9” (Standard Fit).
We offer complimentary size adjustments up to 10” when requested at the time of order.
Anklets larger than 10" (10.5" and above) incur a small £5 sizing fee.
Changes after purchase are possible but may incur a small fee to restring.

All orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked to your delivery address.
- UK STANDARD: 3–5 working days — £3.90 (up to 10 days for engraved items).
- UK EXPRESS: Up to 2 working days — £8.50 (order by 2pm).
- INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 5–10 working days — £12.95 (timings vary by destination & customs).
If an order hasn’t arrived 14 days after dispatch, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Address accuracy
- Please check your billing & shipping address (including house number & postcode).
- We’re not liable for delays/non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll refund minus original postage once received back in original condition.
Returns
- Not in love? You can return within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/not as described. Please use a tracked, insured service and pack securely.
- On confirmed faulty/incorrect items we’ll reimburse reasonable return postage.
